Protect yourself - always use oven gloves when handling hot objects.
We recommend using silicone kitchen utensils. You should not scrape or scrape vigorously over the non-stick surface. Avoid tapping metal utensils on the top edge of non-stick coated products to prevent damage. DO NOT use electric or battery-powered hand whisks or mixers, knives or sharp utensils in non-stick pans as they may damage the surface.
Use the product on the most suitable size hob - this will cook your food more evenly and reduce the risk of damage to the handles and sides. Particularly important for induction hobs: If you use a hob with the wrong diameter, there is a risk that the product will not be ‘recognised’ by the hob.
- Never slide the product over a glass ceramic hob/stove top as this can damage the underside of the product and the glass top. Instead, always lift the product and place it on the surface.
- Never place your product on the bottom of your oven - this would increase the cooking temperature and lead to faster, uncontrolled cooking, which could result in damage.
- Allow the product to cool for a few minutes before cleaning. Never immerse it hot in cold water or fill it with cold water, as an excessive change in surface temperature can damage the product.
- We recommend cleaning by hand with warm rinsing water and not in the dishwasher, as the non-stick surface will last longer this way.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or metal, rough or very hard cleaning pads or brushes on any of the surfaces.
- After cleaning in the dishwasher, the frying surface should be treated with oil again before each use. Constant rinsing in the dishwasher can lead to stains or discolouration, which can impair the release properties of the non-stick coating.
- To prevent damage to the outside, inside and rim, place a suitable cookware protector in between when stacking the products.
