Traditionally used to compact a forcemeat mixture like pate. Can also be used for baking bread or cake.
Features a tight-fitting stoneware lid with a traditional loop handle. Traps both heat and cold until contents are served.
Weighted stoneware press that moulds the mixture from all sides, removing air pockets that can ruin a terrine’s delicate texture. As the meat cools, the fat within it begins to set helping the terrine holds its form.
